"STRAYA" is Cj Hendry’s newest concept comprising of public art elements activated in the real world and a monumental installation in Brisbane as the finale.

Part 1 - Cj will be undertaking a road trip working her way around the country May 10 - 17. This portion of the exhibition focuses on the extraordinary Australian landscape and as such Cj wishes to pay respect to the traditional custodians of the land. It was important to Cj that this road trip was included in the exhibition as a large portion of her supporters cannot travel to Australia so instead she is bringing the quintessential Aussie road trip to you.

Part 2 - This portion of the exhibition is the main event! Cj has designed a card game "STRAYA - SLANGUAGE" to honour the Australian vernacular and has built a large scale installation entirely around this idea. This exhibition will house her entire collection of drawings as well as an interactive element.
